How It Works
→ Email sales@mordeahome.com with your order number and a quick reason.
→ We'll send you a return label (usually within 24 hours).
→ Repack the item, attach the label, and drop it at your nearest courier location e.g. Australia Post, etc.
→ Once we receive it, your refund is processed within 1–2 business days.
A Few Things to Know
→ Damaged or faulty? Email us within 7 days with a photo. We'll send a replacement or full refund — your choice. We pay return shipping.
→ Wrong item or something missing? Same deal. Email us, we'll sort it immediately.
→ Changed your mind? Totally fine. Just make sure the item is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging within 30 days.
→ Custom or made-to-order items are final sale (we'll always flag this before you buy).
→ International orders? We accept returns — return shipping is on you, and please use a trackable service.
→ Want to cancel before it ships? Email us and we'll stop it. If it's already dispatched, just follow the return steps above.
Where Does My Refund Go?
Back to your original payment method. If that's no longer available or it's been more than 3 months, we'll issue a store credit instead.
