Shipping policy

Dispatch & Processing Orders ship within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. Peak promotional periods may experience minor delays.

Shipping Rates & Bulky Items Rates are calculated live at checkout based on location and parcel weight. Bulky items (such as furniture) may incur additional courier fees, clearly itemized before payment.

Transit Times (Australia)

• Metro: 2–5 business days

• Regional: 4–8 business days

• Express Shipping: Available at checkout for select postcodes.

Delivery Preferences (ATL) Standard parcels will be left in a safe spot if you are away. Select "Signature Required" at checkout if preferred (carrier charges apply).

Pre-Orders In-stock items purchased with pre-order items will ship together when the final pre-order item arrives. Refer to individual product pages for exact dispatch dates.

Damaged or Lost Packages For delayed shipments or items damaged in transit, email sales@mordeahome.com with your order number and photo evidence (for damages) within 7 days of arrival.
